Happy Easter to you all. Whatever you’re up to this weekend, I thought it’d be nice to offer you something chocolate-themed, and so I have two chocolate mousse recipes for you. These are incredibly useful recipes to have to hand. Both are delicious, and I make them often. When I do, I am always asked for the recipe. One is smooth and creamy and one is darker and firmer, and is dairy free. Whichever version appeals to you, I hope you’ll really like it.
