This dish is one I make very regularly at home. I call it chicken fatayer as the flavours of the dish are inspired by the flavours of the spinach filling in fatayer, which are triangular pastries from the Levant.

I make this as a sort of quick stew, adding lots of chard, which is a bit more robust than spinach when cooked in this way. It’s such a flavour…
