Chicken Fatayer
Inspired by the flavours of fatayer (Levantine pastries), this dish is one I make so often at home.
This dish is one I make very regularly at home. I call it chicken fatayer as the flavours of the dish are inspired by the flavours of the spinach filling in fatayer, which are triangular pastries from the Levant.
