Chicken and Chickpea Curry with Tomatoes, Lime and Tamarind
An easy and thoroughly delicious every day supper.
This recipe is a new favourite here. It’s just so easy to make and packed full of flavour. I often make it with leftover roast chicken, which works very nicely instead of fresh. I serve it as a meal on its own, often with some roasted cauliflower florets for extra veg. Rice would be good, too. Some yoghurt could also make a nice addition.
